My AirPods won't connect to my phone or any other device. Even after letting them sit on the charger for 20 minutes to an hour, resetting them, and using the "replacement setup" article apple wrote, my AirPods still have a constant amber-blinking LED. (Both AirPods are working, same for the case.)

I’ve had the exact same problem. Three sets of replacements have been sent to me and still not working. Just going around in circles.
