Hi! I have an iPhone 5S and yesterday fell and the upper lawn of the screen broke. To avoid further damage I have to keep it indoors without contact with dust or I can use it normally (I use it a lot and the temperature increases a lot)
You need to get the screen fixed. It will continue to fall apart, and you risk cutting yourself on the glass fragments. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a replacement.
