Which stores and attendants are bilingual

Good Morning,

A proposal was submitted for analysis of the Apple Card, when finalizing a message that was seriously sent a reply to my email after an analysis, however, on the same day, I received a call from Apple asking if there was still interest in photographing or replying , but the German is still directing my English still in development, and my contact spoke with an attendant, explaining a situation, and requesting contact afterwards, however, no moment an email arrived, informing that my proposal was not accepted for lack confirmation on the data. Apply again and the answer was the same, without e-mail, request that you contact the service via phone, but you do not have a bilingual attendant. I am Brazilian and I am resident in the USA, I speak Portuguese, Spanish, I am a consumer of APPLE products and then I would like to know, the interest of the company and for selling ... and which stores and attendants are bilingual. You want to know what information remains to be confirmed.

Sorry I could not help any further. Best of luck finding a way to get assistance.

As an aside, I have traveled to Brazil on a number of business trips. I found the country to be very beautiful and the people were extremely nice. I've been to Rio, Sao Paulo, Belem, Belo Horizonte, and Porto Alegra. If I had the opportunity I would certainly travel there again.

Since the Apple Card is for citizen's and legal residents of the U.S only at this time with a Credit history, and verification of income, it is reasonable to assume a standard level of English is required to be had for it. So a bilingual staff would not resonably be expected to be required.

I do not believe there is any official bi-lingual support for Apple Card applications.

With that said however, depending on your actual location within the U.S, you may be able to find some person in an Apple Store that can speak either Spanish or Portuguese.

Otherwise, you would need to get a friend with a good level of English to help you with the phone call.
