iPhone 11 pro max screen issue

Hey

I've experienced a minor issue with the screen on my iPhone 11 pro max.

At night when I've turned off all the lights and the screen brightness is low or at lowest, the left side of the screen displays a bright grey when the background is black.

I've contacted the retailer where I purchased the phone, however nor they or their repair contant have heard about this issue before. Furthermore I have not been able to find any other mentions of this issue online.

Mind that this issue is only visible to me when there is almost no light in the room and the screen brightness is low. The issue is NOT caused by either True Tone or Night Shift as the issue persits with those options enabled or disabled.

I've tried to reset the phone as it might have been a software problem but this did not help.

Does anyone know about this issue or any tips on how to fix it?
