screen non responsive

My iPhone 11 screen is non responsive, The phone is on and still works but the screen is dim and only visible in low light and the screen is unresponsive , the phones only responds to the press of the side buttons. I've reset it and still nothing. My screen is not cracked nor any other part of the phone
