Apple TV bought in usa
I have just bought an Apple TV 4K 64 fb from USA it says 100v-240v at the back but the power cord says 120v how can I use in INDIA

You just need a power adapter for it to work with the power outlet in India, the internals of the device are universal. Please remember though when it gets to India it will only receive content available in India.
