"Your Account Has Been Disabled In The App Store and iTunes."

I've never had any problems purchasing things in the app store. The way how I purchased my most recent purchase however was different. Since my brother owed me money, he's given me his Mastercard to pay for things. After that, I started not to be able to update my apps. I’m confused, his iPhone is also experiencing the same problems.
