"Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"
Recently updated my Apple ID password after forgetting it for many years (have not actively used my Apple products after converting to PC and Android)
Just purchased an IPad Air for school and Apple ID and password accepted. However, when I proceed to download apps in App Store ( after updating my payment information) it simply states “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”
How do I reactivate my account for App purchase and downloads? No support solutions offered on Apple Support options
