Not only does Apple not track, take reports or even have any knowledge of lost or stolen devices, know that Apple has no presence at all in Iran.

Apple has never, ever done business in Iran. There are no Apple stores, no Apple authorized sellers, no Apple Authourized service providers, no Apple supported cellular networks in Iran. Apple has no business presence, of any kind, in Iran, and never has. USA sanctions against Iran mean that Apple has never, ever, been allowed to do business, of any kind, in Iran.

Any message your receive from someone claiming to represent Apple in Iran is a pure scam. Do not acknowledge nor reply to any of them.
