wifi and bluetooth problems 12.4.4 iphone 6

I am having issues with wifi and bluetooth connections. They keep disconnecting. My wifi works great with my laptop, so the issues are with the phone. I have an iPhone 6 with IOS 12.4.4. I tried resetting a) network settings and all settings more than twice and they do not work. Can you please help?
