My Macbook pro has a long shadow line at the bottom part of the screen. When i shut it down for a couple of hours and turned it on the shadow will disappear but once i used my laptop after few minutes the line is starting to appear one by one until it become like a horizontal shadow.

I think it's a probably back light issue, hardware related problem.
You'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.
