If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

This time write all of this stuff down somewhere and keep it safe, but where you can easily remember where you kept this info.
