Good afternoon!

I want to make payments related to the iTunes program. The phone requires you to update your billing information. shows a message that the payment method is declined and you need to specify a different payment method.

the credit card has enough money to write off.

I cannot add another payment method.

How can I make payments and restore using the existing payment method?

If you can't change / add your correct payment method, using these steps:--> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

then you need to contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
