How to add images to pdf and edit pdf in many ways besides just text or signature? Please help!

Trying to fill out an application in pdf format on my ipad and need to add my photo among other things. Please help. Thank you

There are pay, third party notes or PDF apps that will allow you to fully edit PDF documents and add/edit photo/images in a PDF.

Apps like Notability, Good Notes, Note Shelf and Zoom Notes can handle editing PDFs.

Also, there are dedicated PDF editors available, like PDF Pro, PDF Expert and Foxit PDF, to name a few.

When you open a PDF document within the Files application, it is opening the document within an application called Quick Look. This is meant as a way of previewing a document prior to opening it in an actual PDF application. Quick Look by design is meant to provide minimal functionality. This is a tactic used to keep it lightweight and fast.
