I have Afib , so I need to check my heart rate. I have purchased a Fitbit,a Garmin and now an Apple Watch. If I wear all three watches at once, which one will send data to my health app.

I have Afib and I need to keep check on my heart rate. Over the past 3 years I have purchased a Fitbit,a Garmin and now a new Apple Watch. If I wear all 3 watches at once, which watch would send data to my health app?

If you have an apple watch 4 or 5 with the ECG app then that will send the data to your health app with an option to send your doctor a copy of the ECG readout.

I can't speak for fitbit or garmin because I don't own either of those devices.
