Unknown access apple ID

Hi there,

I received an email saying that someone has logged into apple account.

I have tried to go in and change my password, by answering the security questions. however it say I have tried too many times. Which i haven't.

I haven't had an iPhone for approx. 7 years now.

Could you please assist on what to do.

You should be able to try to change the password in about 24 hours. When trying to change the password, did you get any error messages?
