Hello im unable to purchase icloud space or whatsoever from istore, it says payment is declined my debit card is fully functional and there are no pending payments too kindly help
Is your payment method (debit card) issued in the country of the App Store you live?
Apple does not accept all debit cards and in some countries they don't accept them at all.
