Is the alarm app dead?

Hey. So I have been wondering. My alarm almost never goes off. Everything is set, I have about 30 active alarms each day. They are just silent. I wake up, see that on my iPhone’s screen the alarm is on, or atleast it should be making some kind of noise, or anything. It doesn’t have any sound nor it vibrates. Please help me in this one. It really starts to upset me, I’m always late because of this.

I’ve also checked everything, it has the volume up high like the skies, the phone is not on dnd and its not on silent.

Apple shouldn’t let itself have a critical bug live on for so long. I have had this issue on my 7, and now on the 11 also, just more frequently.

Well, reading in your description that that issue was present in your old device too, it sounds like your alarm settings ar not correct.

You might try to delete ALL your alarms, restart your device, then set them up again.

I’ve tried that already, and saw a discussion post where tons of people said they had the same issue. I’ve tried nearly everything to fix it, yet nothing seems to be happening.

I was also wondering about the phone’s facing down may affect the alarm, but doesn’t make much sense. I believe it’s some kind of a critical bug.

The reason behind I wrote here is because I tried everything that was listed or said that might work or be helpful, or worked for others, seems not to work for me.
