Payment method declined

I just got the iphone11 3 days ago and i want to listen to itunes now my payment method is being declined and for which i have tried other available cards i have but it still gives me the same error.

Please help me fix it i can stay for long without itunes

Follow all the steps provided here:--> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If your issue still persists, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form:--> iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
