How do I get to Safari - then preferennces -then privacy - then prevent cross site tracking?

Open the Safari application. Click on the Safari menu in the top and then in the dropdown menu, click Preferences or use command - , (comma). Then select Privacy. Prevent cross-site tracking should be in that panel.
