Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My Aiptek tablet and stylus don't work properly since I updated to Catalina

HELP!!! I have an urgent commission to work on and I can no longer control my stylus with my Aiptek 14000u the way I used to since I did the Catalina update. It's just unusable. I've googled this problem, but people are only interested in WACOM products. I tried downloading a driver update, but can only find them for Windows.


I've been using this tablet for years with no problems right up to the upgrade.



Any help please?

Ah...I am sent to this page when I try to open the Aiptek App.

So it appears this is a 32-bit App, and Catalina will only support 64-bit apps (not that I have any understanding whatsoever what all of that means).


I have just emailed Aiptek direct to see what, if anything can be done. I won't expect a reply any time soon.


My only other solution is to downgrade back to High Sierra. Not happy with this.
