I was trying to install OS X Catalina and it says "installed" when I view it in the App store but under software updates it still says my mac has an old version. Is anyone else facing this problem, and how would i go about fixing it?

Thx. Tried that. It won’t let me click on Install from there either. Have never had this issue before.
