Received Apple credit card. It is declined everywhere I try the card, directly or as a payment method on my Iphone. There is no number or instructions as to who to contact on the Apple Credit Card.

Open the Wallet app on your phone and tap on the card. You may see an option to activate it. If you don’t tap on the 3 dots in the black circle and there will be contact options.
