poor voice quality iPhone 11

When the iPhone is in the LTE network, there is a problem of poor quality of the outgoing voice, at the same time the incoming voice is free of interference. The problem occurs several times a day. Fixed by enabling airplane mode or forced switching to 3g network.

Are there any other solutions? is it a warranty service?

Unless you have a cover that can obstruct (interfer with) your microphone (but in this case there shouldn't be any difference between LTE and 3G), I would try and contact your carrier and explain your problem.

If they don't help you, then yes, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
