Hello. I wanted to find out why when checking the serial number on the website, it appears that the phone is not activated, although it is activated.

Whoever you purchased it from failed to tell Apple the purchase date on it so they could activate the warranty on Apple's site. Go back to the Apple Authorized Reseller you purchased it from and get them to fix the situation.
