Good afternoon salihora,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you are having an issue with the alarm feature on your iPhone 11. I depend on my alarm every day, so I will do my best to help you get yours working.

If you have not done so already, please make sure your iPhone is updated to the most recent version of iOS, which is currently iOS 13.3. Then restart your iPhone to refresh it.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Adjust volume for incoming phone calls and alerts:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Sounds & Haptics
  2. Adjust the volume in the Ringer and Alert section to 3/4 way on the slider (or whatever volume is comfortable for you).
  3. Turn off "Change with Buttons"
  4. Choose one of the default ringtones (for incoming phone calls) to start. (Under the Classic settings, there is actually an "Old Phone")

Set an alarm, choosing one of the default sounds:

  1. Open the Clock app
  2. Tap + to add an alarm
  3. Enter the time, plus AM or PM (for this test, enter a time 2 minutes from now).
  4. Adjust the Repeat setting as needed
  5. Tap the Sound field and choose a sound that you want for your alarm. (There is a "Classic" category at the end of this list as well. I've chosen "Strum" for mine.
  6. Enable Snooze if you wish. (I use this feature way too much!)
  7. Be sure to tap "Save" in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Please reply to this thread if the issue persists after trying the steps above, and I'll do my best to help you with this!

Take care.
