Can someone tell me why I have my disk Utility like this?

Here are some pictures of my disk utility where it says i have 2 mounted which I never did. Pictures are below.

then it looks like Mac OS extended is my main but it doesnt show that-

This Macintosh HD was not named by me I named mine Mac OS Extended. so what is all this stuff on this disk? When i did some digging I did see that in that Macintosh HD I saw a ton of Applications, Unix executable, Alias, Bundles, Property List, and Macbin Archive- which I have no idea what most or any of those are except someone getting into my internal computer through strings by my ip address and mac address. Please let me know if anyone knows and if there is something I need to do about it. Thanks for your time everyone!

Thanks again,

JP

What you are seeing is normal. The difference between your screenshots posted above and the screenshot in About the read-only system volume in macOS Catalina - Apple Support

is the View being set to Show All Devices rather than Show Only Volumes. That can be changed in the View menu on the menu bar or the View icon at the top left of the window.

okay I get that but why do I have a Container Disk1 with all my data on it- its almost like theres some maleware putting it and moutning it on that disk or something unless you have a different answer. I don't know a ton about container disks but from what I believe you don't have data on it- or at least if you didn't do it on purpose, which I didn't so I am just confused. Thanks for giving me that link though the first part makes a lot more sense to me. Now it's just the contiainer disk and the Macintoish HD where they both contain dataa. Anyways, hope you can help me understand it better.

Cheers,

JP
