So my mother passed away a few months ago and I done have any recordings of her voice. So I was wondering if apple in anyway would be able to send me any type of recorded conversations of mine and hers or bring back and deleted voicemails

I'm so sorry for your loss. But, Apple doesn't have any of your deleted calls with your mother. This question should be asked of your cellular provider as they are the ones who provide voicemail service.
