Use of device belonging to a deceased family member

My mother passed away on February 10. I have access to her iPhone but not to her MacBook Pro. How do I gain access / use? Also, am I able to simple pair her ear buds to another phone?

You don't say why you don't have access to her computer. Maybe this? --> https://support.apple.com/HT202860



Do you mean Airpods? You can pair them since there is no Activation Lock feature for them.
