Bear in mind that Apple set up these forums to help users of Apple products with problems or technical questions. The forums are not like your friendly, neighborhood, discussion board. To learn how the forums should be used, please read the Apple Support Communities Use Agreement - Apple Community.

If you wish to ask a question about any problem you are having with your product, then please follow these guidelines: Please read Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question. We are here to help. We are all users. We are not mind-readers nor clairvoyants. We only know what you write down and tell us. Be specific and thorough. Include your hardware information and installed version of macOS.

Questions should be posted in an appropriate community such as Apple ID, where you posted, or macOS, iPhones, MacBook Pro, etc. Links to the support communities is found at Support Communities, which is a link on the top right of this page. Posting in the proper forum will most likely get the users more experienced with your issue to respond.

Of course, the machine is only as smart as the software that is running it. Same as the brains in our heads. When the software isn't working properly, then neither is the computer.

FYI: These are user-only forums. You are not speaking to Apple. if you need to speak with Apple Support, then contact product and tech support:  Contacting Apple for support and service including international calling numbers.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
