Scam?

I have received an E Receipt/invoice from Applestore for a game called "fruit ninja"

Amount $70.98.......I certainly have never purchased this game and need to report it to Apple .

The invoice offers a link to cancel such, but the Link address is not recognisable as an Apple link and I will not use it.

It may be a scam but I cant find where to report this matter other than on this forum.

Please can you advise me or have Apple investigate.
