Iphone died after 2 weeks purchase

Dear apple team,

If you produce a new Iphone or few of them each year please make sure the “creature” that costs above 1000 EUR can survive for at least a month.

How would you rate and solve such situation - bought an Iphone 11 pro max 2 weeks ago and suddenly it just stopped working. Is it my problem now? Or it is a quality of most branded phone in a world.

Please let me know how you kind of solve this issues, as Im sure Im not the only one.
