phone dead

I have bought I phone 13PRO on Dec 13 from authorized, distribution center from UAE, for today morning my phone is DEAD ,and i have booked appomiment and visited with apple store in Dubai mall ,Asper service person phone seems to be dead and they dont know exact reason for it.


Hardly i have used Phone for maxmium 5 month and now its .


i request you to replace my unit and i request you to provide me NEW PHONE.

You should work with a location in UAE. This this link for the list:

However, it is unusual for a phone to just die. Check this first:

1) Charging issues: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

2) Try connecting it to your computer: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
