Apple TV offer free for 1-year

I received a 1-year free subscription for Apple TV because I purchased a new iphone 11. However, I bought two iphones at that time; one for me and one for a friend who repaid me. How can I extend the same Apple TV free for one year to her without using family share? I don't want to share 'credit cards' etc. as family share explains.

She would have to claim the offer under her own Apple ID. Once setup and signed in under her account she would be able to claim the offer for herself.

Family share would be for sharing the same subscription with other members of your family or others deemed as part of that group.
