Apple TV+

I bought in September a new iPhone 11pro ,I was already an iPhone user.My sister bought also an iPhone 11 and shared me via family share the free 1 year.

After I bought the new phone I didn’t see the offer for free one year for Apple TV+

what’s wrong ?

Apple TV+ Free year subscription 2 weeks ago we bought 2 iPhones 12 Pro for me and my sister. When I was setting up my phone I didn’t get the setting in the menu to redeem my Apple TV+ free year subscription, I am setting up her phone now and it appears for hers. How do I redeem mine? Both phones have the newest software update. This is my first iPhone ever, so I’ll really appreciate the help.

There's only one free year per Apple ID or Family Sharing group, and it must be started within 3 months of activating the unit.
