Before 3 months I sold my Xs max logging out from my account and resetting to factory. Now I bought pro max and tried to log into my new phone and unknown trusted number appears . Spoke with customer service and they says nothing can be done without the full trusted number. I can’t believe this. I am using my ID since 2013 all my photos and videos are there. Anyone, any ideas?

If you can't provide the trusted number to Apple, you can't recover that account.
It sounds like you at least know what that number is. You need account recovery.

Did you change phone numbers between phones?
Did you update your trusted phone number at appleid.apple.com?
Hi.
I had my Bulgarian number on it. Then I moved to the UK and started using my UK number. Everything was alright.
I cannot change it on appleid.com because the trusted number is totally different than the both I used before. It’s somehow been changed not by me definitely because I have never had such number
