We're other users like you and not folks that work for Apple, and we have no access to this information.
Here is what the trusted phone number is associated with: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
If you don't know what it is and can still access your Apple ID via https://AppleID.Apple.Com website, you can look it up.
But we don't know what phone number you're using, if you've set one.
