iPhone Xs disabled and locked up when Zoom and Voiceover enables
iPhone Xs became disabled and locked up when I enabled Voiceover and Zoom because I am blinded in left eye. How do I fix this?

Force your iPhone to restart and try again. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Force restart iPhone X and later, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
