How do I unlock my ipod? After 4 years all of the sudden it is asking for my user ID and password. I have no idea what it's looking for. I have changed the password, and can log into my account, can see my music, my PC recognizes my ipod, but I cannot get in to use it, TICKED!!!!!!!!

The iPod touch is locked with Activation Lock. There is no way around unlocking Activation Lock without inserting the device’s associated Apple ID. If this is not an option you will have to find the original receipt for the device that clearly shows the serial number. Once you have this document you can have Apple unlock your iPod touch.
