How do I uncheck LogMeInResue app in preferences?

I just finished a rescue assistance from Microsoft Office and I needed to check Suport-LogMeInRescue so they could fix the problem. After the session I went back into Security & Privacy | Accessibility | but I cannot uncheck Support-LogMeInRescue. How can I tell that it is not being used? How do I uncheck it? Other sites have said you need to dig deep to find hidden files and delete the app plus anything having to do with it. If I do that and need support in the future how do I get it back?

The new Catalina has created so many problems for me I should never have updated!

Not sure I have the correct topic but I couldn't find any choices even close.

I’ll assume this stuff? Ah, this app is quite reminiscent of malware. This based on the lack of instructions around its removal. I’m not at all certain that LogMeIn Rescue is uninstalled the same way as LogMeIn, either.

There are some previous discussions of removal, though the details in these may be dated:

I’d probably ring up Microsoft Support though, and ask them how to entirely and completely remove this LogMeIn Rescue app. Since they loaded it.
