IOS Upgrades

Hi,

My son is Type 1 diabetic and uses the DEXCOM G5 apps so we can monitor his sugar levels throughout the day.

The app only supports IOS 12.3 at the latest and is now functioning incorrectly after accidentally upgrading to IOS 13.

Is there a way i can downgrade his phone to 12.3 and disable automatic updates?

iphone 6S plus My husband and I love our 6splus phones. Mine is maybe a year newer than his and I am fullly updated to ios 15.5. His stopped updating at 12.5.5 for an app, he needs to be at 15.3
