The Face ID on my IPhone X does not work & I can’t download no more apps

I can’t open my phone with my face no more, I try to set my face but it just says that the Face ID ain’t available to try again & I can’t download no apps it just stops on the loop

Try Force ReStarting your iPhone first Force restart iPhone - Apple Support and then attempt to setup your Face ID again if it isn't working. Here is how:
