Bluetooth Not Available

Hi,

I have been looking for solution to this problem. Tried every possible option available online

which includes removing "plist.file", restarting.

Nothing happen when i do Shift+Option+Clicking blutooth to debug.

Nothing available in system preference.

Need solution
