I have a mac an an android phone, will iCloud back them both up, including contacts photos etc?

Apple has iCloud Backup for iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch. It does not have an iCloud Backup for Macs or Androids but it does have sync services for Macs but not for Androids (e.g., iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive including the Desktop & Documents option, and sync options for other selected items such as Contacts, Notes, Reminders).
