Camera is not working

when is the next software update? I accidentally updated my phone to IOS 13 and now the camera is not working. Both front and back camera. Even the flashlight isn't working.

iPhone 14 plus front camera not working. Brand new just got the phone yesterday, set everything up then saw the front camera wasn’t working it’s just a black screen, I tried resetting it, reset the settings, flipped the camera, closed app, everything that was recommended to me and it still doesn’t work
