Hi there! I bought an used macbook pro 2018 and tried to do the ‘factory reset’ but ive got this message on the screen more than 1,5hours : installation is in progress. Calculating time remaining... Do you have any idea what should i do?

You can force quit the Mac by holding the power button /Touch ID for ~ 10 sec.

rebooot and see where it leaves you.
