unable to unlock my ipad

hi i am unable to unlock mu ipad...

when i press the home button it just says "ipad is disabled connect to iTunes"

how can i unlock my ipad

it tells you to connect it by the cable to a computer with itunes installed

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
