email deleted on MacBook doesn't automatically delete on iPhone or MacBook
After deleting emails off my MacBook or they still show up on my iPhone or Apple desktop computer. How do I only delete them once across all the devices?

Make sure the accounts are set up as IMAP accounts and email, including deletes, will sync across all devices accessing the IMAP accounts.
