Not measuring heart rate / no green lights on back

My 1 year old Apple watch 3 stopped detecting heart rate yesterday and no lights working on thr underside.

Please help!

Try a forced reset;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

And if that doesn't work try to unpair and re-pair the watch.
