iPhone keeps trying to connect to "Misc" Bluetooth device

Yesterday, I successfully connected a Pebble watch to my phone. Today, the watch wasn't working. I looked at Bluetooth settings and see that I was seemingly connected to two different watches. I decided to forget both devices and reconnect.

When I tried to reconnect, however, my phone could not detect the correct Bluetooth device (or any others, for that matter) and it continuously tried to connect to a device called "Misc". For a split second, I'd see a window with a pairing cider, then my phone would inform me that connection was unsuccessful. The iPhone did not actually detect this device.

There only way I've found to stop this is to turn Bluetooth of altogether. I've tried switching on and off the Bluetooth setting and restarting my phone.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
